My team and I had the incredible opportunity to learn professional cocktail making techniques from Martin & Milan - two of Ireland’s most talented mixologists. Their openness and transparency with their recipes was so helpful, and they made a huge effort to teach us techniques that are achievable in our own small bar and kitchen. Since completing the course our drinks offering has improved immensely.
